Join fellow freedivers on a boat trip around Inishmore to dive, explore, and connect.

This is the perfect trip for qualified freedivers who want to explore the underwater world of Inishmore, meet the other freedivers, and embark on an adventure together. We have many incredible dive spots, including canyons, swim-throughs, cliff walls, and the spectacular Wormhole, all teeming with abundant marine life. Depths range from 5m to 20m.

Yes, but keep in mind that most of our gear is designed for scuba diving. However, we also use it during freediving trips.

The list is long! You’ll explore kelp forests, stunning small canyons and swim-throughs, vertical walls, and incredible rock formations. And, of course, you’ll encounter a variety of marine life, making every dive a unique adventure!

It's ok if it is light. However, it is not the best time to freedive if you have a heavy runny nose or cold. This can make equalizing difficult and painful.

Yes, however, this will be decided just before departure based on space availability and conditions.

Yes, the water is cold, however, you will have the appropriate gear to keep you warm.

Yes, but it is best to keep your stomach light before sessions to preserve oxygen when diving. Something light like fruit or granola with yoghurt is recommended.

Similar to coffee, tea or high-sugar drinks, try to refrain from them as they raise your heart rate.

DO drink plenty of water before and after the dives to keep hydrated!
