Try freediving is your first step to becoming a freediver! Whether you have little or no experience in the ocean, this introductory day will help you explore the underwater world and discover your potential on just one breath. If you want to see what you're capable of, improve your snorkelling skills for your next holiday, or simply try out a new hobby, this experience is for you!

After your Try Freediving day, you're already halfway to becoming a Level 1 Freediver!
If you were captivated by the sport and want to continue, join us for Day Two to complete your certification. You're already halfway there, as this session runs alongside Day One of the Freediver course Level 1.
Please note: If you can't continue the course the next day, no worries! You can return anytime within the season to join Day Two and complete your certification at a time that suits you.

Yes, you need basic swimming skills to enjoy the course.
It's ok if it is light. However, it is not the best time to freedive if you have a heavy runny nose or cold. This can make equalizing difficult and painful.
Yes, the water is cold, however, you will have the appropriate gear to keep you warm.
Yes, but it is best to keep your stomach light before sessions to preserve oxygen when diving. Something light like fruit or granola with yoghurt is recommended.
Similar to coffee, tea or high-sugar drinks, try to refrain from them as they raise your heart rate.
DO drink plenty of water before and after the dives to keep hydrated!
